We want you to feel completely comfortable during your stay, and therefore kindly ask you to observe a few house rules. Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m., and check-out should be completed by 11:00 a.m. – if you require different times, please feel free to contact us. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Please note that pets are not allowed. We also ask for your understanding that parties and larger gatherings are not permitted, and that quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. must be observed out of consideration for the neighbors. Please treat the apartment and its furnishings with care. Dishes and kitchen utensils may of course be used but must be left clean before departure. Waste can be disposed of in the designated bins. If you accidentally damage something, please let us know briefly – we’ll find a solution together. When leaving the apartment, please remember to close the windows, switch off lights and appliances, and lock the door. You may park your vehicle conveniently in the garage.
